Pre-Solicitation Notice and Notice of intent to award a sole source contract

This is a notice of intent to award a sole source contract. Pursuant to Federal Acquisition Regulations FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i). The Embassy of the United States of America in Lome, Togo has a requirement to replace the chiller coils at the Embassy building. The Embassy requires the immediate removal of existing compromised and corroded HVAC chiller coils and the installation of new, direct-fit replacement coils on the facility�s chiller systems. The scope of this project involves the procurement, delivery, and installation of commercial-grade chiller coils to restore the facility's HVAC cooling capacity and efficiency. Safely recover and dispose of existing refrigerants in accordance with EPA regulations. Demolish and remove the damaged or degraded cooling coils. Supply and install new, heavy-duty replacement coils matching or exceeding original equipment manufacturer (OEM) performance standards. Reconnect all piping, controls, and electrical components. Perform pressure testing, vacuum pull-down, refrigerant charging, and comprehensive system startup testing to verify proper operation.
