Description of Requirement: The Defense Health Agency (DHA) intends to procure a firm-fixed-price (FFP) contract for non-personal services to provide a PrograMill Dental Mill System, along with associated annual maintenance and repair services in support of U.S. Dental Laboratory located at Eisenhower Army Medical Center, Fort Gordon, Georgia. The contractor shall provide the PrograMill 7 Dental Mill System along with maintenance services. Services include delivery, setup, and ongoing preventative and corrective maintenance of the PrograMill 7 Dental Mill System. The contractor shall accomplish the installation of the base system and its scope of delivery (including the PrograMill Suction Unit, CAM software, PC/Monitor, and all associated accessories). Following installation, the contractor shall provide ongoing maintenance to ensure the machine can accurately dry mill zirconia, polymethylmethacrylates (resins), and wax to fabricate inlays, onlays, crowns, bridges, and complete dentures.
