This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued separately.
The solicitation number is FY265281015 and this solicitation is issued as a request for quote (RFQ).
The United States Section of the International Boundary and Water Commission (USIBWC) Priority Requires replacement of the 6P1and 6P2 Unwater & Drainage Sump Pump, wore out parts & re-coat existing 12” column pipe & head assembly at Amistad Power Plant located at 670 Texas Spur 349, Del Rio, Texas 78840.
This is a non-personnel services Contract for the replacement of the 6P1and 6P2 Unwater & Drainage Sump Pump, wore out parts & re-coat existing 12” column pipe & head assembly. The Government shall not exercise any supervision or control over the Contract service providers performing the services herein. Such Contract service providers shall be accountable solely to the Contractor who, in turn is responsible to the Government.
This is a 100% Small business Set Aside. The associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 333914 Measuring, Dispensing, and Other Pumping Equipment Manufacturing merchant wholesalers, with a corresponding small business standard of 750 employees.
