NOTE: While Other Transaction Authority is not subject to FAR based small business regulations, these NAICS codes are provided for market research to help the Government understand the size and demographics of the interested industrial base.
PROGRAM/PROJECT OVERVIEW: The 30th Contracting Squadron has multiple infrastructure repair and construction projects planned in Fiscal Year 2027 including heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) repair, secure facility renovation, medium-high voltage electrical distribution line repair/replacement, airfield lighting repair, fitness track repair/replacement, and road repair/construction, fire alarm and elevator repair/replacement. The Government is evaluating the feasibility of executing these requirements via Progressive Design-Build (PDB) utilizing an Other Transaction (OT) Agreement under the statutory authority of 10 U.S.C. § 2808a in conjunction with the United States Space Force (USSF) Construction Commercial Solutions Opening (CSO) at https://sam.gov/workspace/contract/opp/68c3d9f987984f448cd067abaf2950d0/view.
