Jefferson Lab (JLab), a Department of Energy National Accelerator Facility in Newport News, VA, managed and operated by SURATech, has issued the revised, unrestricted solicitation for the Hall C Air Conditioning (A/C) Replacement. Offerors must attend a site visit to be eligible for award of a subcontract from SURATech resulting from this solicitation. Please follow the site visit instructions included in the RFP to register as a Visitor to Jefferson Lab no later than August 10, 2026.
Questions regarding the solicitation must be submitted in writing to me no later than August 20, 2026.
Proposals are due no later than 4:30 p.m. August 27, 2026. Please note that award on initial offers can be made. Therefore, any issues or questions should be resolved prior to submission of bids.
