This procurement will be solicited as full and open, Request for Proposal (RFP) - Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LTPA) which will result in the award of a single Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract. This Procurement will be conducted under PSC CODE: Y1KF, NAICS Code: 237990. The size standard for this code is $37,000,000.

Estimated Cost Range is between $10,000,000 and $25,000,000.

JOB DESCRIPTION: The RFP is for Richmond Inner Harbor FY26 Maintenance Dredging Project, Contra Costa County, California. The work includes maintenance dredging of the Richmond Inner Harbor to -37-ft (MLLW) plus 1 foot of paid overdepth and transporting of the dredged material per the requirements in specification Section 00 10 00 PRICING SCHEDULE and 01 11 00 SUMMARY OF WORK. Material to be dredged from Reaches 1 through 14 is suitable and shall be taken for placement at Montezuma Wetlands site. Contractor shall refer to the DMMO Suitability Determination attached at the end of the specifications package. Sample areas 1 through 4 correspond to Reaches 1 through 10 while sample areas 5 and 6 correspond to Reaches 11 through 14.
