Small Business Size Standard: $45 Million PROJECT OVERVIEW The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Louisville District, has a requirement for the design and construction of Dual Bay (Fuel Cell and General Maintenance) Hangar for the KC-46 Pegasus aircraft at Selfridge ANG, MI.
