Sources Sought – Motorola GTR 8000 Land Mobile Radio (LMR) System with OCONUS Installation in Japan

1.0 Introduction and Market Research Transparency

This is a Sources Sought Notice issued by Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP) Fleet Logistics Center (FLC) Yokosuka for market research and planning purposes only. This is NOT a solicitation for proposals, proposal abstracts, or quotations.

The Government is in the final phase of its market research for this requirement. Previous Requests for Information (RFIs) have been posted to the GSA eBuy and NASA SEWP portals. The purpose of this Sources Sought Notice is to identify the full scope of capable vendors on the unrestricted open market. The Government is specifically seeking to identify all qualified sources able to provide this complete solution (hardware and services) as an Open Market requirement.

2.0 Requirement Overview

NAVSUP FLC Yokosuka is seeking to identify capable vendors who can provide both the brand-name hardware and the complex OCONUS installation services for a Motorola GTR 8000 Land Mobile Radio (LMR) System.

2.1. Hardware and Core Services Requirement: Vendors must be capable of providing the following list of equipment and associated installation/programming services:
