SOURCES SOUGHT SYNOPSIS FOR

RT-5512 50W VUHF TRNSCVR, 30-512 MHZ

THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE ONLY. The U.S. Government desires to procure x4 RT-5512 Radios for IMCOM/JBLM DPTAM Aviation Division, Yakima Training Center (YTC) and Joint Base Lewis-McChord (JBLM) Bullseye Radio Network. The U.S. Government is seeking vendors that may be able to perform this requirement to support a competitive procurement. Accordingly, the U.S. Government highly encourages all interested businesses (large and small) to respond to this sources sought notice. In addition, small businesses, in all socioeconomic categories (including, 8(a) Business Development Program, Small Disadvantage Business, Historically Underutilized Business Zone, Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned, Women-Owned Small Business concerns), must describe their identifying capabilities in meeting the requirements at a fair market price, i.e., information which may help support a set-aside.

Performance Requirements:

- Dual-Band Transceiver operates from 30MHz-511.975MHz with 25kHz channel spacing.

- Controllable by an external RCU-720, 10/100/1000 Ethernet, or Serial Port.

- ED-137 VOIP and network addressable.

- 70MHz IF port for GPS time synchronization.

- Continuous Fault Detection.

- RT-5512 replaces two separate Collins Aerospace radios currently used in the Rattlesnake and Bullseye Radio Networks.

- Input Power: 100-240vAC at 9.2 Amps Max and 22-30 VDC at 20 Amps Max.

- Rack-mounted, 4U high.

- Dimensions: 7"H x 5"W x 20.7"D
