DRAFT REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL RFP ANNOUNCEMENT. STRATEGIC PROCUREMENT FOR ENGINE EXCELLENCE AND DELIVERY SPEED MULTIPLE AWARD IDIQ. PROGRAM OVERVIEW: This draft RFP is for the repair, overhaul, remanufacture, and new manufacture requirements of parts for the F100-PW-220/229 Pratt and Whitney engine. This effort supports both the US Air Force and Foreign Military Sales (FMS).The resulting Multiple Award Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract will supplement Tinker Air Force Base (TAFB) essential services and the manufacturing of the F100-PW-220/229 engine for the Oklahoma City Air Logistics Complex (OC-ALC).All related draft documents are located in the PIEE Solicitation Module, linked below.
