1. Opportunity Overview
The MCIPAC RCO is seeking a qualified contractor to provide off-site calibration services for Test, Measurement, and Diagnostic Equipment (TMDE). These services support the 3D Medical Logistics Company (3D MEDLOG) Biomedical Equipment Department (BIOMED) to ensure the precise operation, safety, and compliance of medical and dental equipment.

The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, management, labor, and other items necessary to perform scheduled periodic TMDE calibrations in accordance with Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) specifications, NIST standards, and other PWS-defined guidelines.

2. Scope of Work & Calibration Standards
The TMDE calibration requirements are categorized into two tiers:


Tier 1 (Standard NIST-Traceable Calibration): Calibration utilizing standards traceable to the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) or other recognized national/international standards, performed at the contractor's or subcontractor’s accredited laboratory.


Tier 2 (OEM-Authorized Calibration & Proprietary Software Integration): Calibration requiring direct submission to the OEM or an OEM-certified service center, including proprietary software/firmware updates and specialized sensor alignments utilizing OEM-controlled software and diagnostic equipment.


3. Place of Performance & Shipping Logistics


Location: Services will be performed off-site at the contractor's facility.


Shipping Responsibility: The contractor bears full responsibility for all associated shipping costs under a Firm-Fixed-Price agreement, including outbound and inbound shipping, handling, prepaid shipping labels, sufficient insurance, and delivery documentation.
