<p><span style="color: black;">U.S. Embassy Jerusalem’s Public Diplomacy Section (PDS) announces an open competition to implement projects that advance U.S. economic, commercial, and security interests among Palestinian audiences. This Annual Program Statement (APS) outlines strategic goals, expected outcomes, target audiences, eligibility criteria, and application guidelines for cooperative agreements ranging from $50,000 to $250,000, with a project duration of up to 18 months. Project proposals must address at least one of the following goals: </span></p> <p><span style="color: black;">1. Advance U.S. economic interests and technological leadership</span></p> <p><span style="color: black;">2. Promote U.S.-Israeli-Palestinian health-tech cooperation</span></p> <p><span style="color: black;">3. Promote Christian tourism</span></p> <p><span style="color: black;">4. Promote American excellence in education technology</span></p> <p><span style="color: black;">5.
