Your responses to the information requested will assist the Government in determining the appropriate acquisition method, including whether a set-aside is possible. The anticipated applicable NAICS code for this acquisition is 621512-Diagnostic Imaging Centers.

1.0      BACKGROUND

The Pine Ridge IHS requires Radiology contract services due to the Indian Health Service experiencing an insufficient number of permanent government employees; therefore, contract support is essential for the Pine Ridge IHS to function in its full capacity.

2.0       OBJECTIVE

The primary objective is to establish a Firm Fixed Price, Performance Based, Non-Personal, Direct Patient Care Medical Service contract to provide three (3) FTE Ultrasound Technologist Technicians to support the Radiology Department for the Pine Ridge IHS Hospital and Outlying Clinics.

3.0      CONTRACT REQUIREMENTS/ AND PERSONNEL QUALIFICATIONS

Ultrasound Technologists shall be capable of performing a full range of sonographic procedures, including abdominal, pelvic, obstetric/gynecologic, vascular, and small parts imaging. Real-time image acquisition, optimization, and evaluation to ensure diagnostic adequacy. Adjusting imaging techniques and parameters based on patient condition, anatomy, and clinical indications.
