Opportunity Overview
Each lease will provide an assigned parking space in the Rodeo Beach parking lot. Precise locations and parking space sizes are detailed in the RFB and Draft Lease.
The NPS will not be accepting questions or offering a site visit as part of this solicitation. Interested parties are welcome to visit the site during the solicitation window.
Please note that the NPS is concurrently soliciting bids for similar operations at Baker Beach, located in San Francisco. Interested parties should respond to the RFB for the food truck location they are most interested in. If an interested individual or entity is interested in both locations, they must submit a response to each RFB separately.
