Valley Resident Office – Groundskeeping, West Sacramento, CA.

The Government anticipates issuing a Request for Quote (RFQ) with the intent of awarding a base year and four option years for Valley Resident Office – Groundskeeping Services.

Project Description:  The anticipated requierment is for routine landscaping, lawn maintenance, and tree trimming services at the US Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Valley Resident Office in West Sacramento, CA. The contractor will be required to furnish all necessary labor, material, equipment and operating personnel to mow, edge, fertilize, weed and aerate lawns and remove and dispose of refuse generated by the work during the term of the contract. The contractor will also be required to remove and dispose of all leaves and tree litter during the term of the contract. This will include weekly, semi-annual and annual services.

This prospective contract action will be conducted using NAICS Code is NAICS 561730 - Landscaping Services. The size standard is $9.5 million.  Product Service Code is S208 - Housekeeping: Landscaping/Groundskeeping

The solicitation will proceed as a 100% small business set-aside and is estimated to be issued on or about  07/30/2026 with quotes due tentatively on 09/01/2026.  The RFQ will be issued on the Government Point of Entry known as www.SAM.gov and will establish a firm quote due date/time.

If applicable, the site visit date, time and location will be identified in the solicitation.
