Opportunity Overview
The purpose of this project is to Reconfigure Building 36000 2nd Floor Conference Space. This consists of the reconfiguration of the 2nd Floor area to better serve as a conference room suite. This includes demolition and construction of walls, doors, electrical power and lighting, mechanical ductwork, plumbing fixtures and lines, and adjustment of fire suppression, alarm, and mass notification systems. The work shall be located at Building 36000 located at the intersection of Wratten Drive and Shoemaker Lane Fort Hood, Texas. Also included is miscellaneous site work to support the facility and meet code requirements. The contractor shall provide all plant, supervision, labor, materials, equipment, supplies and transportation necessary to complete this scope of work.
