The U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs Seeks Expressions of Interest for 23,600 American National Standards Institute/Building Owners and Managers Association (ANSI/BOMA) Office Area (ABOA) Square Feet of Medical Clinic Space in the area of Flint, MI.

The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) is also conducting market research, seeking capable sources that are classified and registered as either Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) or Veteran Owned Small Business (VOSB) that are interested in leasing space to the Department of Veterans Affairs. To be considered as SDVOSB or VOSB, IAW VAAR 819.7003(b), the offeror must be registered and verified in the Dynamic Small Business database at the time of submission of the offer and prior to award of any contract; to be eligible for any award (https://dsbs.sba.gov/search/dsp_dsbs.cfm )....
