THERE IS NOT A SOLICITATION, SPECIFICATIONS OR DRAWINGS AVAILABLE AT THIS TIME.This annual market research is in support of the existing “Construction Multiple Award Contract” (C-MAC) contract vehicle in use by the Department of the Interior, Indian Affairs as well as general market research to support potential stand-alone construction contracts. This annual market research assesses the market and will document if qualified contractors are available, for the purposes of making decisions about conducting on-ramping and re-procurement. The C-MAC is set-aside for Indian Small Business Economic Enterprises (ISBEEs). Stand-alone construction projects will also generally be set aside for ISBEEs. Qualified ISBEEs may respond with qualifications information that will be documented and kept on file. Current C-MAC holders are also invited to respond with their updated qualifications for the Government’s consideration in re-procurement planning.The C-MAC provides a vehicle for Indian Affairs and the Department of the Interior to procure construction services for Design-Build (DB)/Design-Bid-Build (DBB) for facilities located across the Continental United States and Indian Country. Contracts in the C-MAC may require that contractors manage multiple concurrent task orders across the nation. The C-MAC encompasses a wide range of DB and DBB projects that include, but are not limited to: new construction; offsite design build construction*; offsite construction (modular construction)**; demolition, repair, alteration, and renovation of buildings; systems and infrastructure; and, may include civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, fire protection, and communication systems.
