GENERAL INFORMATION
Introduction - The James H. Quillen VA Medical Center (JHQVAMC) has a requirement to construction and replacement of approximately 24,000-lf of underground sanitary sewer piping of various size (3 to 24 ), approximately 44,000-lf of underground storm sewer piping of various size (2 to 42 ), manholes, curb drains, area drains, and basins. The work will include demolition, excavation, trenching, directional bore, piping, underground utility identification, backfill, compaction, paving, concrete, seeding and additional miscellaneous improvements and modifications as required to provide a complete and functional underground sanitary and storm sewer system.
Scope of Work - The Contractor shall furnish all labor, supervision, materials and equipment to perform the following in construction and replacement of approximately 24,000-lf of underground sanitary sewer piping of various size (3 to 24 ), approximately 44,000-lf of underground storm sewer...
