The National Park Service, Interior Regions 3/4/5, Ohio Major Acquisition Buying Office, intends to issue a Request for Quote (RFQ) for the HVAC, Insulation, and Electrical Upgrade project for the St. Croix National Scenic Riverway in St. Croix Falls, WI. Work will consist of providing all labor, materials, tools and other equipment necessary to upgrade the HVAC system, remove and install insulation and replace the outdated electrical panel.SOLICITATION NUMBER: 140P6426Q0064PROJECT MAGNITUDE: Between $25,000 and $100,000TYPE OF CONTRACT: This will be a firm-fixed price contract expected to be awarded to a prime contractor by July 2026 with performance to begin in September 2026. Construction Wage Rate Requirements for St Croix County, WI will apply. EVALUATION FACTORS: Technical Capability, Prior Experience, and PriceNorth American Industry Classification System (NAICS) CODE CLASSIFICATION and SET ASIDE: The NAICS Code is 236118, and the size standard is $45 million.
