The Department of Veteran s Affairs has a requirement to address the defects and deficiencies of the existing Parking Garage 1. The contractor shall furnish all equipment, materials, labor, supervision, and quality control to perform work for VA Project 635-21-139 Repair Parking Garage 1 Deficiencies located East of the OKC VA HCS at Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, 73104.
The chosen contractor is to provide all materials and labor to complete all soil testing.
The NAICS code for this procurement is 236220 with a small business size standard of $45.0 M. This project will be 100% set-aside for Small Businesses, as stated below.
