The appropriate North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 236220 with the applicable business size of $45.0 million. The project cost range is between $500,000.00 to $1,000,000.00 GENERAL SCOPE OF WORK: Executive Summary 1. This contract is for CONSTRUCTION services for the work required address identified deficiencies within 6 clean supply rooms at Buildings 51, 52, and 53 at the St. Louis Medical Center, Jefferson Barracks. The construction contract drawings and specifications were created by an ArchitectEngineer consultant designer (DESIGN-AIRE ENGINEERING, INC.). 2. Description: All associated construction work will correct HVAC deficiencies to ensure these rooms have proper air pressure relationships, temperature, humidity and air exchanges per the outlined directives. Scope of Work covers 6 rooms in the following buildings: B51 Mental Health (3Rooms), B52 Spinal Cord Injury (2 Rooms), and B53 Community Living Center (1 Room).
