The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Network Contracting Office (NCO) 2, intends to issue Solicitation 36C24226Q0805 for Project 528A7-25-502 Replace Trench Drains at the Syracuse VA Medical Center, 800 Irving Avenue, Syracuse, New York 13210.
