The Republic of Uzbekistan   has received   financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Geospatial Infrastructure for Sustainable Territorial Development Project (P506803) and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for Supply and installation of continuously operating reference stations (80 GNSS stations). Measurements and equalization of reference stations (130 GNSS stations). 2. The Cadastre Agency under the National Committee for Urbanization and Sustainable Housing Market Development of the Republic of Uzbekistan now invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for Supply and installation of continuously operating reference stations (80 GNSS stations). Measurements and equalization of reference stations (130 GNSS stations). 3. Bidding will be conducted through international competitive procurement using a Request for Bids (RFB) as specified in the World Bank’s “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers” dated September 2023 (“Procurement Regulations”), and is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations. 4. Bids will be evaluated in accordance with the evaluation process set out in the bidding documents. The following weightings shall apply for Rated Criteria (including technical and non-price factors): 3 0% and for Bid cost: 7 0% . 5.
