REQUEST FOR EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST (REOI) PROCUREMENT SPECIALIST   Vanuatu Pacific Islands Regional Oceanscape Program - First Phase Project Preparation Advance No. V555-VU Reference: VU-MFOMA-563966-CS-INDV   The Government of Vanuatu has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Pacific Islands Regional Oceanscape Program (PROP), and intends to apply part of the proceeds for consulting services. The consulting services (“the Services”) include provide advice and technical support to the Project Support Team with the management and implementation of all the planned procurements so that the procurement arrangements successfully deliver Value for Money in achieving the Project Development Objectives. The Ministry of Fisheries, Ocean and Maritime Affairs (MFOMA) now invites eligible individuals (“Consultants”) to indicate their interest in providing the Services. Interested Consultants should provide information demonstrating that they have the required qualifications and relevant experience to perform the Services (attach curriculum vitae with description of experience in similar assignments, similar conditions, etc.). Firms’ staff may express interest through the employing firm for the assignment and, under such situation, only the experience and qualifications of individuals shall be considered in the selection process. The criteria for selecting the Consultant are: Essential requirements  An advanced degree (MA/MS/MBA) from a recognized institution (An advanced degree with a major in a relevant discipline to procurement e.g., Engineering, Law, Procurement, Finance, Business or Commerce, supply chain management, project management).
