Credit No.: 74900-IDA RFB No: KG/CW/RESILAND/MoES/RF-01/2026 Issued on: September 7, 2026 The Kyrgyz Republic has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the "Kyrgyz Republic Resilient Landscape Restoration project" (KG RESILAND), and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under contracts KG/CW/RESILAND/MoES/RF-01/2026 for Construction of the protective embankment on the Kugart River, Zhygach-Korgon-1 site, Suzak district, Jalal-Abad region. The Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Kyrgyz Republic now invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for: procurement of civil works for construction of the protective embankment on the Kugart River, Zhygach-Korgon-1 site, Suzak district, Jalal-Abad region. The contract realization period for will be 12 months. In case of participation, the Bidder shall provide the appropriate License for performing construction and installation work in the field of construction of hydraulic structures of at least level II responsibility (copies), issued by the State Agency for Architecture and Construction and Housing and Communal Services under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic.
