The Government of Kenya (GoK) has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Health Emergency Preparedness Response and Resilience (HEPRR) Project and intends to apply part of the proceeds for consulting services. 2. The consulting services ( “the Services” ) includes Consulting Services for Stakeholder Engagement, Ecosystem Building & Strategic Communications for The Kenya Biovax Institute. The duration of the assignment will be Eight Months from the contract commencement date. 3.
