English Version REGIONAL ACCESS TO ELECTRICITY AND INTEGRATION OF SUSTAINABLE ENERGY RAISE - Regional Access Increase and Sustainable Energy (P515184) ECOWAS - THE GAMBIA - TOGO Request for Expression of Interest - REOI  Financing: World Bank / IDA Countries: The Gambia and Togo Name of Project: RAISE - Regional Access Increase and Sustainable Energy (P515184) Assignment Title: Owner's engineering services for works supervision in The Gambia and in Togo Reference No .: NG-ECOWAS-DEM-568125-CS-QCBS The Republics of The Gambia and Togo have received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Regional Access Increase and Sustainable Energy Project (RAISE Project) and intends to apply part of the proceeds for consulting services. The consulting services (“the Services”) include works supervision in The Gambia and in Togo as briefly summarized: Preparation and Mobilization Phase; Technical Review and Approval of Execution Documents; Works Supervision and Quality Control; Contract Administration; Contract Management System; Environmental, Social, Health and Safety Monitoring; Testing, Energization, Commissioning and Acceptance; Defects Liability Period and Final Acceptance; The period from mobilization through construction, testing, commissioning and provisional acceptance shall not exceed eighteen (18) months in either The Gambia or Togo. A separate defects liability monitoring period of up to twelve (12) months shall follow provisional acceptance for each relevant works contract. The indicative maximum duration is therefore thirty (30) months for each country contract.
