Request for Bids   Goods     Name of Project: Building Institutions and Systems to Harness and Realize Agenda (Biashara) 2063 Contract Title: Supply and Delivery of Enterprise Business Laptops Loan No. /Credit No. / Grant No.: 180117 RFB Reference No.: ET-AUC-555563-GO-RFB   The African Union Commission has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Building Institutions and Systems to Harness and Realize Agenda (Biashara) 2063 and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for Supply and Delivery of Enterprise Business Laptops for African Union Commission. 2.      The African Union Commission now invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for Supply and Delivery of Enterprise Business Laptops as follows:             Description Quantity   Laptop 14” 250   AC Power Adapter (Laptop Charger) 50   USB Type-A Male to USB Type-B Male Cable 300   USB Type-C to RJ-45 Gigabit Ethernet Adapter 50 3.      Bidding will be conducted through national competitive procurement using a Request for Bids (RFB) as specified in the World Bank’s “Procurement Regulations for IPF borrowers, September 2023, Procurement in Investment Project Financing, Goods, Works, Non-Consulting and Consulting Services, Fifth Edition, September 2023’’ and is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations. 4.      Interested eligible Bidders may obtain further information from The African Union Commission (AUC) offices during office hours i.e. 0800 to 1700 hours at the address given below. 5.      The bidding document in English Language may be obtained from the African Union Commission website at the following link https://au.int/en/bids   free of charge. 6.      Bids must be delivered to the address...
