• The Eastern and Southern Africa Trade and Development Bank (TDB) Group has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Accelerating Sustainable and Clean Energy Access Transformation (ASCENT) and intends to apply part of the proceeds for consulting services.
• The consulting services (“the Services”) include the Results Based Financing (RBF) Officer (Individual Consultant) assignment for a period of twenty-four (24) calendar months from contract commencement date. The objective of the assignment is to support effective implementation of TDF's Results-Based Financing programmes through coordination of programme operations, grant administration, stakeholder engagement, verification support, and performance monitoring activities.

• TDB now invites eligible individual consultants (“Consultants”) to indicate their interest in providing the Services.
