THE AFRICAN UNION COMMISSION Specific Procurement Notice – Request for Proposals without Prequalification   Request for Proposal Information Systems (Design, Supply and Installation) (Without Prequalification)   Purchaser : African Union Commission Project : The Building Institutions and Systems to Harness and Realize Agenda (BIASHARA) 2063 Project Contract title : Supply and Installation of Wireless Infrastructure Solution for the African Union Commission Headquarters Country: Ethiopia Grant No.: IDA-E2020-001 RFP No: ET-AUC-560869-GO-RFB Issued on: 27 July 2026   The African Union Commission has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Building Institutions and Systems to Harness and Realize Agenda (BIASHARA) 2063 Project and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for Supply and Installation of Wireless Infrastructure Solution for the African Union Commission Headquarters .   The African Union Commission now invites sealed Proposals from eligible Proposers for Supply and Installation of Wireless Infrastructure Solution for the African Union Commission Headquarters. The scope of work includes Design, Supply, Installation, Configuration, Commission of Wireless Infrastructure Solution for the African Union for a period of 9 Months   The procurement process will be conducted through international competitive procurement using Request for Proposals (RFP) as specified in the World Bank’s “Procurement Regulations for IPF borrowers, September 2023, Procurement in Investment Project Financing, Goods, Works, Non-Consulting and Consulting Services, Fifth Edition, September 2023’’, and is open to all eligible Proposers as defined in the Procurement Regulations.   Bids will be evaluated in accordance with the evaluation process set out in the bidding documents.
