Background The Government of the Commonwealth of Dominica has received financing from the Global Environment Facility (GEF) through the World Bank toward the cost of Leveraging Eco-Tourism for Biodiversity Protection in Dominica. The Ministry of Environment, Rural Modernisation, Kalinago Upliftment and Constituency Empowerment intend to procure the services of an individual consultant to undertake an assessment of the impact of the Cuban Tree Frog (Osteopilus septentrionalis) and Common Green Iguana (Iguana iguana) on Biodiversity in Dominica. 2. Objective of Assignment The objective of this consultancy is to undertake a comprehensive assessment of the ecological, economic, and social impacts of two priority invasive alien species present in Dominica, namely the Cuban Tree Frog (Osteopilus septentrionalis) and the Common Green Iguana (Iguana iguana), under Component 1 of the Leveraging Eco-Tourism for Biodiversity Protection (LETBP) Project. 3.
