The Tertiary Education, Science, and Technology Project (TEST) now invite eligible Bidders to submit sealed proposals for Construction of Academic Infrastructure at ISCED HUILA. The work will consist of construction of Academic Infrastructure at ISCED Huila, located in the vicinity of the current ISCED Huila, in the transition zone between the planned city and the organic city, the site is situated at the northernmost end of the institution's perimeter. It is situated in a currently vacant area, between the campus's forested area and the end of the longitudinal avenue, oriented south-north, which structures the institute's different nuclei, namely the teaching areas, administrative areas, and sports rings. The area where the new building will be built has a practically flat, rectangular shape, delimited by an existing wall that defines the institutional perimeter. The surrounding area is characterized by a spontaneously formed urban fabric, with self-built structures and a road network that is still predominantly unpaved.
