The Government of Belize has received financing from the World Bank (Bank) toward the cost of the Climate Resilient and Sustainable Agriculture Project (CRESAP) and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for Individual service providers for biological agents' applications for SIRDI. 3. Belize Social Investment Fund now invites sealed Quotations from eligible Service Delivery Contractors for the procurement of Individual service providers for biological agents' applications for SIRDI. 4. Bidding will be conducted through national competitive procurement using a Request for Quotations (RFQ) as specified in the World Bank’s “Procuremen t Regulations for IPF Borrowers” 2020 (“Procurement Regulations”) and is open to all Service Delivery Contractors as defined in the Procurement Regulations.   Fraud and Corruption 5.
