The purpose of this contract is to provide supplementary compensation to the benefits paid by the basic Social Security scheme to all employees of the subscriber covered by the Collective Bargaining Agreement for Technical Studies Offices, Consulting Engineering Firms and Consulting Companies of December 15, 1987 (Brochure No. 3018), to their dependent children and/or to their spouses, when their state of health leads them to incur medical, surgical or hospitalization expenses, within the limits of the guarantee amounts set out in the table below, and at most within the limits of the expenses actually incurred by the beneficiaries | The purpose of this contract is to provide supplementary insurance coverage to managerial and non-managerial employees, including guarantees in the event of death or total and permanent disability, as well as additional compensation to the benefits paid by the basic Social Security scheme in the event of work stoppage or disability, in accordance with contractual obligations.
