The purpose of this consultation is: BIM GEM DEUX-SEVRES HABITAT - Management, Operation and Maintenance of Assets via Digital Modeling. Asset modeling with Digital Modeling for Management, Operation and Maintenance is divided into two parts: A fixed-price portion of the assets as detailed in Appendix 1, including: - Digital modeling of all DSH assets with deliverables produced as the work progresses; - Integration of asset data (PPE) for all DSH assets; - Integration of various technical data (as the digital models progress); - Updating the technical and asset data of the DSH (Social Housing) portfolio modeled according to Appendix 1 - Providing digital models, deliverables, and the PPE (from the first year for the entire PPE and as the modeling of digital models and deliverables progresses) - Training DSH teams (from the first year) A portion will be billed according to the unit price schedule (BPU) for any development of the DSH portfolio, including: - The creation of new housing units and/or equivalent housing units and/or management units, including modeling, deliverables, integration of asset and technical data, maintenance, and monitoring. - Updating technical and asset data after rehabilitation, renovation and maintenance of housing units created outside the standard package, or after demolition or sale of housing units - Modeling of structures specific to the group (topography, cellars, networks, etc.) The description of services and their technical specifications are indicated in the Special Technical Specifications and its appendices. The portion of the contract resulting in the issuance of purchase orders is concluded as a single-award framework agreement with purchase orders, setting out all contractual stipulations, concluded without a minimum and with the following maximum: €400,000.00 excluding VAT over the contract term.
