George Elliston and Eric Wilkins Refurbishment - Multi-Disciplinary Consultancy Services

​​The Corporation seeks to appoint a multidisciplinary consultant to provide contract administration and quantity surveying services for the George Elliston and Eric Wilkins External Works and Electrical Upgrades package. The works will include:
​window replacement
​roof covering replacement including upgraded insulation
​repair/replacement of rainwater goods
​external fabric repairs including concrete and brickwork
​any associated building work
​redecoration of all previously painted surfaces within internal communal areas
​electrical works including lateral mains replacement and communal lighting upgrades (where required)
​provision of mechanical extraction
​The multidisciplinary consultant will work collaboratively with the existing design team, principal contractor, and internal project leads to ensure successful delivery of the works.​
