The Ministry of Environmental Protection and Agriculture now invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for Rehabilitation and Modernization of Zeda Arkhi Irrigation Scheme. Namely, Rehabilitation and Modernization of Main Canal Structures: Sedimentation Basin, Animal Water Drinking Structures, Siphons, Canal Lining and Main Canal Outlets; Secondary, Tertiary, Lateral and Direct Pipeline Irrigation Network; and Complete SCADA Installation under the Zeda Arkhi Irrigation Scheme Located in Bolnisi Municipality, Kvemo Kartli, Georgia. The Construction Period is 24 Months, Estimated Cost of the works is USD 11,600,000. Bidding will be conducted through international competitive procurement using Request for Bids (RFB) as specified in the World Bank’s “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers- Procurement in Investment Projects Financing”, September 2025 Edition (“Procurement Regulations”), and is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations.
