• Bidding will be conducted through Open National Competitive Procurement using Request for Bids (RFB) as specified in the World Bank’s “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers Seventh Edition, September 2025 (“Procurement Regulations”) and is open to all eligible Bidders.
• Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from Ministry of Health Email: pit.tenders@mheprr.mw, andrewngwendu@gmail.com, lingonda@gmail.com and inspect the bidding documents at the address given below at 11 (a) during working days from 8.00am to 12.00pm and from 1.00pm to 4.00pm.
