“Construction of an approximately 850 MW natural gas-fired power plant in Ișalnița (“CCGT Ișalnița”)” – design, procurement, construction, commissioning, and long-term maintenance services

The object of the contract is the design and execution of the construction works of a natural gas power plant including a combined cycle gas-steam turbine (CCGT) for the production of electricity with a capacity of approx. 850 MW, including the commissioning and provision of LTSA maintenance services for the main equipment (gas turbine, steam turbine and generators, including their auxiliary systems) for a period of 13 years. The activities that are the subject of the contract will be carried out in accordance with the requirements imposed by the award documentation. The Terms of Reference present the minimum requirements necessary for the performance of the contract. The estimated value of the contract does not include miscellaneous and unforeseen expenses and consists of: 3,172,710,000 lei (CAPEX), the estimated value for the design and execution of the works, including commissioning 597,216,000 lei (LTSA), the estimated value for LTSA maintenance services for the main equipment.
