Switzerland – Railway maintenance or service vehicles, and railway freight wagons

This tender is for the procurement of 25 modular flatcars. These flatcars are intended for use on the entire RhB network (including the Bernina line). They will operate in dedicated freight trains with existing wagons or in passenger service. The required wagons are flexible in their deployment, capable of maintaining the required speeds, and meeting the braking system requirements. With two loading bays and their modular design, the new wagons will increase operational flexibility. Furthermore, they will serve as a universal and modular platform for various future transport containers.
