The subject of the public contract is the supply of a new (not refurbished) medical device for hematology-oncology care (spectral flow cytometer) including assembly, installation, commissioning of the supplied equipment and operator training, with the aim of equipping (acquiring new capacity) the laboratory of the Hematology-Oncology Department with a set of medical devices of an instrumental nature. The public contract is not divided into parts within the meaning of the provisions of Section 101 of the Public Procurement Act, participants are entitled to submit only a bid including all items of the subject of the public contract.
