Czechia – Instruments for checking physical characteristics – Řádkovací elektronový mikroskop

The subject of this public contract is a scanning electron microscope, equipped with a Schottky electron source, two electron detectors (1 × SE, 1 × BSE) located in the microscope tube, two electron detectors (1 × SE, 1 × BSE) located in the microscope chamber and a segmented transmitted electron detector (TE). Furthermore, a tube with a focused ion beam, a micromanipulator and a supply system for at least one working gas for ion deposition and a secondary ion detector are required. The microscope must be equipped with an oil-free vacuum system, an operator table and all components (e.g. control computer, monitor, compressor, cooler...) necessary for autonomous operation of the microscope immediately after installation without intervention by the contracting authority. The microscope must be equipped with an IR camera for viewing the chamber during operation, a multipurpose sample holder and a camera for easy navigation on the sample holder or directly on the sample.
