The subject of the public contract is the supply of equipment for the observation house. The subject of the contract also includes the supply of all necessary licenses for the proper use of the equipment, including software. The subject of the contract must form one integrated and fully functional unit. All hardware and software must be supplied in a fully functional state and in versions that allow its functionally and time-limited use at the place of performance with the possibility of user parameterization where this is possible with regard to the warranty and safety of use of the installed equipment.
