The subject of the public contract is the supply of firewalls and NAC, their installation, deployment and implementation, configuration and security of wired and wireless networks, training. Further details of the subject of the public contract (technical conditions) are provided in Annex No. 1 - Technical specifications - non-public part. The supplied equipment and components must be new, unused, and unrepaired. Sensitive information Annex No. 1 - Technical specifications - non-public part is not publicly accessible due to the protection of sensitive information. The contracting authority therefore conditions the provision of Annex No. 1 on the adoption of appropriate measures to protect the confidential nature of the information contained in this annex, in accordance with Section 96(2) in conjunction with Section 36(8) of the Act. The contracting authority has determined the following condition as an appropriate measure within the meaning of this provision: - The contracting authority shall provide Annex No. 1 – Technical specification – non-public part to the supplier in electronic form only and exclusively on the basis of the supplier's electronic request, or from the receipt of Annex No. 2 – Declaration of confidentiality of confidential information. - The contracting authority shall provide Annex No. 1 to the supplier no later than 3 working days from its written (electronic) delivery of the signed Annex No. 2 of the ZD. Annex No. 2 shall be signed by a person authorised to act on behalf of or on behalf of the participant (in a simple copy). In the case of an authorisation of the signatory, a power of attorney shall also be attached (a simple copy shall be sufficient for the contracting authority).
