• Static calculations, execution and as-built drawings for the temporary and future permanent abutments (including foundations), for all sliding operations of the superstructure including the associated auxiliary and sliding structures, the support structures for the temporary bypass, the demolition of the existing structure (superstructure) and the existing abutments, as well as all auxiliary, protective, and load-bearing scaffolding • Site setup • Tree removal and clearing at the existing ramps and the area southeast of the existing structure • Demolition of a hall, a sports facility, and a fence (southwest of the existing structure) and demolition of two buildings on the southeastern area • Construction of the temporary bypass including cofferdams/support structures and ramps, abutments, and connections to the existing structure - 15,000 m³ of earthworks; 2,400 m² road construction, • Installation and removal of 4,000 m² sheet pile walls • Ordnance disposal during construction and across the entire area prior to work • Moving the steel superstructure from the festival grounds to the temporary bypass (approx. 600 t), storage, concreting of the roadway slab (170 t reinforcing steel, 450 m³ concrete) and completion of the superstructure (130 m railings, lighting, drainage) • Demolition of the existing structure and the associated abutments, and also partially of the abutments of the previous intersection structure, including the removal of individual foundation piles • Construction of the new abutments including bored pile foundations (300 m² steel sheet pile walls, 330 m cast-in-place concrete piles with 30 t reinforcement, 650 m³ concrete and 100 t reinforcement - abutments, 9,500 m³ Earthworks) • Lateral shifting of the superstructure (approx. 2000 t) from the temporary route to the new (old) route • Construction of the roadway connections (580 m²) and renewal of the surface layer up to the roundabout and the Hafenstraße intersection (2,200 m²) • Dismantling of...
