A six-story reinforced concrete building will be erected in the excavation provided by the client on the construction site. The ground floor and the five upper floors will be built on an approximately 80 cm thick reinforced concrete foundation slab. The building consists of a classic reinforced concrete structure with flat slabs and very few beams. A large portion of the structure will remain as exposed concrete (SB3 finish). The key data (approximate values) of the building to be constructed are: KG 300: Exterior walls: 350 m³ normal concrete, 85 m³ exposed concrete, 120 m³ wall-like beams, 75 m³ external columns; Interior walls: 425 m³ normal concrete, 150 m³ exposed concrete, 45 m³ internal columns; Ceiling slabs: 600 m³ normal concrete, 1200 m³ exposed concrete; Roof area: 415 m³; Reinforcing steel: 930 t; Timber columns: 6 glulam beams (load-bearing/non-load-bearing); Stairwells: 1 special component, representative; 2 escape stairwells; Base slab/foundations: 930 m³; KG 400: 7 service entries, various designs; 4 floor drains; KG 411: 140 m of PP pipe for wastewater, including fittings and accessories; 180 m PE pipe mains for laboratory wastewater including fittings and accessories; earthworks for the aforementioned mains pipe installation; KG 443 520 m conduit installation including accessories; KG 446 550 m ring earth electrode including accessories; 400 m foundation earth electrode including accessories; 355 m downpipes including accessories; 3,450 m connecting pipes for equipotential bonding
