Construction site setup area: approx. 1,200 m³ Ung. Substructure/soil: Excavate, temporarily store, and dispose of excavated material (floor/groundwater) and layers without binder. Cable ducts and conduits: Excavate trenches (approx. 110 m³), construct cable ducts (approx. 8 units), install conduits (DA 110) (approx. 550 m), install building penetrations (approx. 40 units). Soil stabilization: Install 21 driven piles (assembly team), install 63 m driven piles, and perform soil injection (approx. 75 m). Civil engineering and sewer construction: Excavate basement floor (approx. 120 m³), excavate trenches (approx. 325 m³), use of a soil displacement hammer (approx. 80 m), install PP sewer pipes (DA 110 - DN 200) (approx. 330 m), and lay district heating pipes (DA 225 - DA 315) (approx. 51 m). The requirements of the Joint Administrative Regulation apply to the execution of these services. to comply with the foreign person verification requirements of 25.07.2017 (GABl. 2017, page 453).
