This framework agreement aims to conduct an administrative and financial audit and a procurement audit of the winning consortia in the second edition of the PeA (Project Evaluation Agreement), with two audits per consortium: one at the midpoint and one at the end of the project. Eight projects were selected, resulting in a total of sixteen audits. It is concluded for a period of 48 months and is not renewable. It is based on mixed pricing and is executed, for its fixed-price portion, upon notification of the framework agreement, and, for its unit-price portion, as purchase orders are issued. It is concluded without a commitment on the minimum amount and with a commitment on the maximum amount set, over its entire duration, at €350,000 excluding VAT, in accordance with Articles R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-6 of the French Public Procurement Code.
