France – Agency fuel cards – Fourniture de carburants pour véhicules légers et intermédiaires en station-service par cartes accréditives et prestations annexes pour le parc de véhicules de Haute-Savoie HABITAT et IDEIS

Since the services to be provided by the contractor cannot be assessed in advance, the contract takes the form of a framework agreement with purchase orders and a maximum limit, in accordance with Articles L2125-1 1°, R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-6, R. 2162-13 and R. 2162-14 of the French Public Procurement Code. The framework agreement sets out the terms and conditions for the performance of the services and is executed as purchase orders are issued. There is no minimum value, but a maximum annual value of €300,000 excluding VAT. The contractor will be responsible for supplying fuel for light and medium-sized vehicles at service stations using fuel cards and related services (car wash, other consumables for light vehicles, provision of an online management solution, etc.) for the Haute-Savoie HABITAT and IDEIS vehicle fleet (currently, for information purposes, 170 vehicles, including 3 for IDEIS). For information purposes, the estimated annual fuel quantities are as follows: Diesel: 70,000 liters; Unleaded 95 gasoline: 60,000 liters; Unleaded 98 gasoline: 40,000 liters.
